ROOMS: *Single, twin and triple rooms with 2 separate bathrooms. *Note: if you decide for a twin room you will be staying with the person of the same gender.

ACCOMMODATION: Minimum stay 7 nights. Reduced rates for accommodation for long stays of over 4 weeks. Children between 2 and 12 years pay 50% of the rate.
INTERNET EXCESS: Internet connection (providing own laptop) at €1 a day.

ROOM SERVICE: Cleaning of rooms and bathrooms regularly, changing of bed linen and laundry once a week.
PICK UP: Transfer on request from/to Malta international airport is included in the price.
NOTE: Water ,Electricity and Heating is also included in the price.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION:
To reserve your booking, a deposit of 25% of the total payment is to be made to confirm your accommodation. The balance to be settled on the first day of arrival.
PAYMENT METHOD:
SWIFT PAYMENT : - Payment can be done by SWIFT at our local bank. Details of how to make the payment will be given upon request by email.
